Mr. Vinod Haritwal, based in Mumbai and Mr. Milind Mane based in Pune lead the India efforts. Along with other members, this team acts as a think tank and helps the organization in all respects to achieve its goals.

Mr. Vinod Haritwal is the CEO and Executive Director of Grauer and Weil, Mumbai. He is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and has over 20 years of experience in private equity and the venture capital field. He is an ardent naturalist and organic farmer.

Milind Mane is one of the biggest producing Development Officers of the Life Insurance Corporation of India. He holds a Masters Degree in Statistics and an MBA. He is active in training and educational activities in the insurance industry in India.
