"Indian Independence
Day Walk"
Over 20 friends of Lend-A-Hand India joined us for a walk to
celebrate India's Independence Day and pay tribute to the freedom
fighters. We walked along the beautiful waterfront of Newport, Jersey
City (August 13th, 2006)

The Mechbull - "mechanical bull" - is a mini-tractor
designed by a 15-year-old student of Vigyan Ashram. It is smaller
and cheaper than conventional tractors, that many farmers in this
rural area simply cannot afford.
