Dear Friends,
In order to support the wonderful opportunities that Lend A Hand
India seeks to provide for the young boys and girls in India, I
have decided to run the Wineglass Marathon. This marathon will help
gain funding for their vocational training programs and career counseling
to hundreds of deserving poor communities in India, generating employment
opportunities.
My goal is to generate a total of $2600 for the 26-mile run, so
ANY amount will help! Your support will be greatly appreciated.
Here are some examples of what your donation will do:
- $100 pays for the tuition fee of two boys / girls for a vocational
training program
- $400 pays the one-year salary of a trainer at the school
- $1500 pays to purchase a PC and internet facility for a high school
- $4000 pays for the one year of operating cost of a batch of students
for training programs (includes teacher's salaries, consumables,
coordination, and monitoring) or meets the capital cost of launching
a vocational training center at a high school.

made by you are tax-exempt.
