your friends can sponsor a Vocational Traning Center as a part of
PLAN 100 (a project to equip 20,000 girls and boys from 100
high schools in rural India with job and life skills by 2007) in
various ways. Please click

- $4000... Pays for one year of
operating costs for a batch of students for training programs
(includes teacher’s salaries, consumables, coordination,
and monitoring)
OR meets the capital cost of launching a vocational training
center at a high school
- $1500... Pays to purchase a PC
and internet facility for a high school
- $400... Pays a one-year salary
of a trainer in the school
- $100... pays for tuition fees
of two boys / girls for a vocational training program or for a
community development program
